How do I add a charge pass to a pool in ICU Connect?

This instruction will help you to add a charge pass to a pool in the ICU Connect back office.
It is possible to give a charge pass access to charging stations under your administration in ICU Connect. To do so, the charge pass needs to be added to the right 'pool'.
The charge pass is then valid for all charging stations that belong to the corresponding 'pool'.
For more information about a 'pool', see 'What does a 'pool' or 'group' stand for in ICU Connect'?

How to add a charge pass to a pool in ICU Connect?
Please follow the steps below.

First we check if the pass is already known in ICU Connect

  1. Click on 'People' in the menu bar of ICU Connect.

  2. Click on 'Identifications' in the left column.

  3. Enter the ‘Hidden ID' and click the ‘Filter’ button to locate the charge pass.
Please refer to 'How do I find the hidden ID of a charge pass in ICU Connect?'.

  4. In case a charge pass with this corresponding ID does not yet exist in ICU Connect, please add the pass.
For instructions, see ‘How to add an additional charge card to the charging station‘.

  5. If the correct card is in the list, click on the corresponding ‘Hidden Id’ in the most left column.

  6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

  7. Under ‘Pools’ you will see to which pools the card has already been assigned to, if any.

  8. To edit, click on the edit-button on the top of the screen:

  9. Now scroll down again to the ‘Pool section’.

  10. Search for the Pool you want to add this card to by entering the name of the pool in the search box.

  11. Click the desired pool in the left column to add the charge pass to that pool(s).

  12. Click the ‘Update’ button to save the changes.

The pass has now been added to the pool and can be used for charging on all charging stations in the corresponding pool(s).

Beware that when a card is added to a pool, it will also work on all chargers in the underlying subfolders.
