How do I find the hidden ID of a charge pass in ICU Connect?
 
This article describes how the hidden ID of a charge pass can be found in ICU Connect.
To give a charge pass access to a charging station or pool of charging stations in ICU Connect, you need to retrieve the so-called "hidden-id" of a charge pass or RFID tag.
 

Please follow below instructions to find the hidden-id of a charge pass.

 

  1. Hold the charge pass or tag in front of the pass reader of the charging station. Currently, the charge pass will still be denied.
     
  2. Locate the charging station in ICU Connect.
     
  3. Go to the 'Events' tab on the page of the charging station. Here you can see that your charge pass has been denied.
     
  4. This notification shows you "Authorization failed, local id=04XXXXXXXXXXX". This is the 'hidden-id'.



     
  5. Copy this id, this can be used in the next steps:
    1. 'How do I add the charge pass to a charger or pool in ICU Connect"
    2.  and after that 'How do I grant access to a charging station with a charge pass in ICU Connect?'
