How do I submit a request to receive a service engineer on site?
This page informs how a site visit from an engineer can be requested.

If you wish to have service engineer on site for repairing a defect or change in the charging station, you can request this by submitting a ticket via support.alfen.com.
 
At the Alfen service portal, you can open a 'Request for Service' in case of a defect.
If you wish to implement a change in (the software of) the charging station, you can open a 'Request for Change'.
 

Notice!
Costs will be charged for a service visit.
This includes call-out charges if the defect was in the charging station and the charging station is still under warranty.
If the defect is outside the charging station or the charging station is out of warranty, man-hours and material costs will also be charged.

No rights can be derived from this list.

The actual prices are displayed when a service ticket is created and a site visit is requested.
All Alfen invoices are stated in Euros excluding VAT.
