Alfen warranty and service options
Carry-in Warranty
Alfen offers a 27-month warranty on all charging equipment. Your intermediary can report faults or issues via our service portal at support.alfen.com. The charger can then be sent in for repair. Shipping costs to Alfen are borne by the customer, while Alfen covers the return shipping costs after repair. Labor and materials are only charged outside the warranty conditions.
Ad-hoc On-Site Service
If you prefer a sevice engineer to come to your location, your intermediary can choose Ad-hoc On-site service. Travel costs are always charged. Labor and materials are only charged outside the warranty conditions.
On-site Service Contract
If you prefer a service engineer to come to your location, your intermediary can choose an on-site service contract in addition to the standard carry-in warranty. Travel costs are not charged under this contract. Travel costs, labor, and materials are only charged outside the warranty conditions.
