The Alfen ACE Service Installer is a software (Windows only) that can be used to configure and troubleshoot an Alfen charger on location.

Known limitations:
We have been informed that ACE Service Installer sometimes is not able to communicate with NG-chargers that still use firmware from before 2022.
To work with these chargers, we made ACE Service Installer version 4.0.0_401 available for download again.

Scope of Ace Service Installer v4.1.0;
- ASI fixes;
- Fixed an issue where the socket state was not updated in the Monitoring panel.
