What are the warranty terms and conditions of Alfen's charging stations?
This page provides an overview of the warranty conditions on Alfen chargers.
- Before July 1, 2025:
For EV Chargers delivered before 1 July 2025, Alfen warrants that the EV Chargers are free from defects for a period of twenty-four + three (=27) months.
- Between July 1, 2025 and October 31, 2025:
For EV Chargers delivered between July 1, 2025 and October 31, 2025, Alfen warrants that the EV Chargers are free from defects for a period of thirty-six (=36) months.
- On or after November 1, 2025:
For EV Chargers delivered on or after November 1, 2025, Alfen warrants that the EV Chargers are free from defects for a period of thirty-six + three (=39) months.
Each from the date of loading the EV Chargers for transport from the Alfen factory.
A standard Carry-in warranty applies to Eve Single S-Line (DE), Eve Single Pro Line (DE), Eve Double Pro Line (DE) and Twin chargers.
A standard On-site warranty applies to Eve Single Plus and Eve Double Plus chargers.

For on-site service visits for chargers without on-site warranty call-out charges apply as listed below.
For chargers with on-site warranty, no call-out fee will be charged as long as the failure is covered by the warranty.
