If you want to return a charging station to Alfen to be repaired, please submit a 'Request for Service' ticket at support.alfen.com.

After we have processed your request, you will receive a RMA with detailed instructions and you will be asked to return the charging station to the Alfen factory for repair.
Please make sure that you also supply the password and/or enable SSA in the Backoffice application.
You will receive shipping instructions and a RMA (Return Material Authorization) form via the ticket.
Please note that a charger send for Carry-in must always be accompanied by a RMA form. Never send a charger without a RMA as different repair centers are in use and the specific address to be used is mentioned in your RMA document. |
