In order to raise a ticket on a charger, the charger has to be linked to your Service Operator organization.

In some instances, for instance if chargers are exchanging owners, it is important to provide this information to Alfen as well in order to gain the option to raise service requests. This is possible through a request for charger management transfer in the Customer Support Portal.
Raising a request for charger management transfer.
Please follow the next steps in order to raise a request for charger management transfer:
- Log in to the service portal. Don’t have an account yet? You can create one here.
- After logging in you will see the following screen. Click on “Manage your services”.
- Now the following screen appears. First, make sure to download the correct Management Transfer documents and fill in the requested information. Then store it on your computer to upload at the next stage.
- Now click on “Management transfer”.
- In the pop-up screen provide all necessary information, upload the previously stored forms and click on “Create”.
- Once you clicked on “Create” we will process your request as soon as possible. Please note that the approval of the current Service Operator is required in order to transfer the management of the charger. Alfen therefore advises to raise this request as soon as the transfer occurs in order to prevent any delays in service.
