To take over the management of the charging station you can submit a request via support.alfen.com.
The current Chargepoint Operator (CPO) must agree to this. If the current CPO agrees to this, please fill in a written confirmation and attach it to the ticket.
You can download the request form below and it is available in Dutch, German, English and French.
If the current CPO agrees to the transfer, this will be carried out. After the transfer of administration you can submit a service request.
If you are a new CPO for Alfen, add chamber of commerce number, VAT and invoicing data to the ticket.
Without these details, we will not be able to process a ticket.
