To take over the management of the charging station you will first need to be registered (and accepted) as a customer.
Alfen, as a manufacturer, can accept commercial customers that have a Chamber of Commerce registration only.

To register your company with Alfen, please fill in the form that you will find on our support portal.

  • Visit the support portal on support.alfen.com

  • Click ‘Go to the Charging Equipment Support Portal’

  • Login with your portal-account

  • Click ‘Manage your services’

  • Now click ‘Account Request’

  • Please fill in the webform
