How can I transfer the management of a charging station from one party to another?
This article provides information on how a transfer of management can be requested.
To take over the management of the charging station you can submit a request via support.alfen.com.
The current Chargepoint Operator (CPO) must agree to this. If the current CPO agrees to this, please fill in a written confirmation and attach it to the ticket.

If the current CPO agrees to the transfer, this will be carried out. After the transfer of administration you can submit a service request.
If you are a new CPO for Alfen, add chamber of commerce number, VAT and invoicing data to the ticket.
