What does Error code 115 mean?

  • AHP (Alfen Hardware Platform) ≥ Firmware version 2.5.0
 
Error code 1xx | Error In Installation
Error codes starting with '1' indicate that the most likely cause for the error is related to an issue inside the charger.
 

Error code:
115
 

Error message on display:

Not able to charge.
Please check installation or call for support.

Possible Cause:

No or lost Alfbus communication between Smart Control Board (SCB) and Socket Board (SB)

  • Defective Alfbus cable

  • Missing firmware

  • SB bootloop 

Possible solutions:

  • Contact your charge point operator

  • Check Alfbus cable between SCB and SB, replace if defective

  • Check SB LED:

    • 1s blink: Normal operation

    • Other interval: Bootloop → Flash new firmware

    • No LED activity: No firmware → Flash firmware
      Perform complete firmware update if versions are incompatibleontact your charge point operator.

OCPP 1.6: OtherError
