  • AHP (Alfen Hardware Platform) ≥ Firmware version 2.5.0
 
Error code 1xx | Error In Installation
Error codes starting with '1' indicate that the most likely cause for the error is related to an issue inside the charger.

Error message on display:

 

Not able to charge

Possible Cause:

 No or lost Alfbus communication between Smart Control Board (SCB) and Auxiliary Board (AB).

  • Defective Alfbus cable

  • Missing firmware

  • Auxiliary Board bootloop

Possible solutions:
Contact your charge point operator. 

  • Check Alfbus cable between SCB and AB, replace if defective

  • Check AB LED:

    • 1s blink: Normal operation

    • Other interval: Bootloop → Flash firmware

    • No LED activity: Flash firmware
      Perform complete firmware update if versions are incompatible

OCPP Statusnotification:
Info field: Info field: Unable to communicate with Auxiliary board
OCPP 1.6: OtherError
