Changing the logo locally by using the ACE Service Installer
Here is a step-by-step instruction
- Open the ACE Service Installer
- Login to the charger where you want to update the logo
- Click ‘Interface’ in the menu on the top, followed by ‘Display’ in the menu on the left
- On the bottom of the screen, click ‘Upload Image’, a pop-up opens.
- Search and select the logo-file you want to display on the charger by clicking ‘…’
- If needed you can adjust the Image margin (default = 8)
- Click the ‘Start Upload’ button, this will send the image to the display of the charger.
- Confirm the upload by clicking ‘Yes’
- Optionally, you can also click the ‘Create Image Update File’ button to save the logo as a firmware file that can later be used to upload the logo from a backoffice system
.fwu must be used to create an update file for chargers on the NG-Platform (Eve Single Pro-Line, Eve Double Pro-Line)
.tvf must be selected to create an update file for chargers on the AHP-Platform (Eve Single Plus, Eve Double Plus, Twins Plus)
Restrictions:
• It should be a valid .png (we not only check the extension but also the contents). The extension should be '.png'
• Only characters a-z, A-Z and 0-9 are allowed and special characters '_' and ' ' (space). Other characters are not allowed.
• The file size should be < 5 MB
• The size of the image should be equal or smaller than 1920 x 1080
