Return Process for Spare Parts Within the Warranty Period
When a purchased spare part becomes defective within 12 months of purchase, you can submit a warranty claim.
The process is only applicable for spare parts that have been purchased separately from Alfen.
Follow the steps below to process your return request correctly and efficiently.
Check if your purchased spare part is covered by the warranty
All our charging stations and related spare parts are subject to the standard warranty conditions.

Note: Warranty only applies to defects resulting from material or manufacturing faults.
Prepare the following information
To ensure a quick assessment of your claim, please provide:The serial number of the relevant part or charging station
The order number
A clear description of the identified issue
Photos, videos, or logs demonstrating the defect
3. Submit your warranty request
Create a ticket via the support portal using the type: Question – Delivery (Support Portal).
4. Assessment and return instructions
Alfen will review your ticket based on its warranty conditions and, if necessary, provide instructions for returning your spare part.
5. Replacement
If the part qualifies for warranty, you will receive a free replacement at the address you specified.
Important Note: Spare parts damaged due to external factors such as incorrect use, installation or operating errors, vandalism, or environmental influences (e.g., moisture or surge damage) are not covered by the warranty. |
