Alfen has service partners in the following countries:

  • The Netherlands

  • United Kingdom

 
In all of these countries, a service engineer can come on site to repair your charging station.

In other countries, the general Carry-in warranty applies, whereby you can send the charging station back to our factory for repair.

If you would like to have an engineer on site to have your charging station repaired, you can submit a service ticket via support.alfen.com.
Note that any repair request can only be requested by the registered chargepoint operator.

 


* For Eichrecht-compliant chargers, on-site service is performed by Eichrecht-certified engineers. If Eichrecht-calibration needs to be performed, additional costs of €160,- per socket are charged.
This calibration would be included with an on-site warranty. Any 3rd party costs (e.g. through authorities like “Eichbehörden”) are excluded and not covered by Alfen through any warranty contract. On-site Service on Eichrecht Products is only available in Germany.

** In Finland, if a charger is located more than 50 kilometers from the nearest Service Hub, a surcharge of €2,50 per additional kilometer applies
