Public charging stations
For support or to report an issue with a public charging station, contact the station's operator. The operator's phone number can be found on the sticker attached to the charging station.
 
 
Home chargers
Depending on where you purchased your home charger, there are different points of contact:
 
  • Via leasing company: if your charger was provided through a leasing company, the leasing company is your first point of contact.
  • Via installer: if you ordered the charger directly from an installer, contact the installer.
  • Via (re)seller: if you purchased the charger elsewhere, the seller is your first point of contact.
