How to identify which Backoffice is operating a charging station
 
Overview
When you're on site and want to identify the Backoffice operating the charging station, follow these steps using the ACE Service Installer and the MyEve app.
 
 
Using the ACE Service Installer
  1. Open the ACE Service Installer.
  2. Go to the Connectivity tab.
  3. Open the General tab
  4. Under Backoffice preset you'll see which Backoffice is selected.

 

Using the MyEve app

  1. Open the MyEve app and log in.
  2. Go to the Advanced tab.
  3. Open Connectivity.
  4. Open the General tab and check the back office details under 'Backoffice preset'
  5. The Connect method/Aansluitmethode defines how the charger is connected to this Backoffice.

 

If you want to change the Backoffice details, please contact the Charge Point Operator.

Please note: If the Backoffice preset is selected as Standalone, then this indicates that the charging station is not connected to the Backoffice.
