Can I perform a reboot of my charging station in the app?
No, at this time it’s not possible to reboot your charging station via the Eve Connect app.
Can I update my charger's firmware via the app?
Only a qualified installer using the ACE Service Installer can perform a firmware update. Alternatively, if your charger is connected to a Back Office, remote execution is also feasible through this platform.
How many phases does my charging station support?
Please follow the steps below to check in the app the number of phases supported by your charging station:
Home screen > Settings > Charging Station > Power Installation.

How do I change the password of my charging station?
It’s not possible to change the password of your charging station via the Eve Connect app. If you have lost or forgotten your charging station’s password, click here for instructions.
Why doesn't my Electric Vehicle (EV) charge at maximum power?
The following may reduce the charging speed:
- Your charging station may limit the charging speed due to settings.
- Your vehicle can also limit the charging speed. This depends on the model and configuration.
- Do you use solar panels to charge the vehicle? Check which 'Solar Charging' mode is enabled. 'Green Mode' solely utilizes your solar energy. 'Comfort Mode' partially relies on the electricity grid for charging.
- If you don't have solar panels, the maximum charging capacity may be restricted due to the current load on your connection. If multiple devices are in use, the charging station will adjust the charging speed of your vehicle accordingly until the other devices are switched off or reduce their power consumption (Active Load Balancing).
