The set Smart Charging Network is not visible in the ACE Service Installer. What should I do?
If the individual charging stations are visible in the ACE Service Installer, but the charging stations are not visible in the SCN overview, please check the following:
- Is Windows Defender Firewall blocking communication between the ACE Service Installer and the charging stations?
Open Windows Defender Firewall, go to Advanced settings and make sure the (inbound and outbound) connections for the ACE Service Installer are allowed for both TCP and UDP.
The ACE Service Installer needs to be allowed to access Alfen's FTP-server on: ftp://ftp.alfen.com/
- Does the SCN name include special characters? Only use A-Z and 0-9, with a maximum of 7 characters.
Please beware of ‘invisible’ spaces that may be copied by incident.
