How do I return a charging station to have it repaired in Alfen's manufacturing facility (Carry-in)?
Overview
If you want to return a charging station to Alfen to be repaired, please submit a 'Request for Service' ticket at support.alfen.com.
In the 'Select Preferred method of support' field, please choose 'Return charger to Alfen for repair'.
In the 'Select Preferred method of support' field, please choose 'Return charger to Alfen for repair'.
Once you have filled in all the required fields and the notification has been submitted, you will receive instructions via email for returning your charging station.
When the charger is received by the repair center, it will be determined what repair work is needed.
If the charging station is under warranty, the repair will be carried out free of charge and the charging station will be returned to you after the repair.
If the repair is (partially) not covered by warranty, the costs will first be submitted to you for approval.
Never send a charger without first creating a ticket and receiving the RMA, the return address may differ per repair center.
