What are the different statuses of the 'socket' in ICU Connect?
This article provides information on the different statuses a socket can have.
Each socket has a status in ICU Connect that remotely indicates the current status of that socket.

The statuses in ICU Connect have the following meaning:
Available
The charging station and socket are available and ready to charge.
Unavailable
The charging station is unavailable and cannot be used to charge vehicles.
This may be because work is planned or the charging station is in the process of updating.

Faulted
A problem has occurred in the charging station or during operation of the charging station.

Occupied
The status 'Occupied' means a vehicle is connected to the socket.
This does not necessarily mean that a charging transaction is also running on this socket.
Options are:
- Charging is in progress.
- It is also possible that a charging session is running but temporarily no power is being drawn by the vehicle. (SuspendedEv).
- Charging is suspended because no power is (temporarily) available from the location (interrupted by Active LoadBalancing or Smart Charging Network).
