You can create an account by following the steps below.
Step 1: Log in to the service portal.

Step 2: Fill in the form to request the account
Step 3: Locate the request form
After logging in you will see a similar screen. Click on “Manage your services”.

Now the following screen appears, click on “Request for Sign-up”.
Step 5: Fill in the form and click on “Submit”.
You will receive an automated email with your login details almost immediately and the “Sign-up request” will be closed automatically.
