Registered partners that are granted the option to order spare parts, can order spare parts for Alfen chargers directly from the Alfen webshop.
How to find Spare Parts in the Alfen webshop
On the top of the page click ‘Product Range’
Select Product Type 'Spare Parts' to see the parts available
Next click the spare part you want to order and click the 'cart' icon on the top right.
When all required parts are added to your cart, click the cart icon on the topright of the page and complete your order.
