This article explains why P1 may not work on the Eve Single Plus and Eve Double Plus models

• Eve Single Plus

Note:
This article is NOT applicable for the Eve Single S-Line, Eve Single Pro-Line and Eve Double Pro

Possible explanation for P1 not working:

The first productions models of these new models are shipped with Alfen Hardware Platform (AHP) firmware version 2.3.0.
This version does not yet include support for Active Loadbalancing via the P1 Smart Meter Interface.

The P1 functionality is to be introduced to the Eve Single Plus and Eve Double Plus models with firmware version 2.4.0.
This version is expected to the market within the next weeks.
