ACE Service Installer 4.1.0_408 Failed to communicate with charger on old firmware

Overview
We have been informed that ACE Service Installer version 4.1.0 sometimes is not able to communicate with NG-chargers that still use firmware from before 2022.
A message like below may appear:

To work with these chargers, we made ACE Service Installer version 4.0.0_401 available for download again.
We recommend to use the latest version of the ACE Service Installer when you are not impacted as version 4.1.0 brings further improvements.
We aim to resolve the issue in an upcoming version of the ACE Service Installer.
