What does Error code 107 mean?

Error codes starting with '1' indicate that the most likely cause for the problem is related to an issue inside the charger.

Error message on display:
Not able to lock cable.
Please call for support.
Possible Cause:
Unable to move locking motor during build-in self-test.
Possible solutions:
- Contact your installation engineer.
- Check if locking motor is connected correctly.
- Check if locking motor can move.
OCPP Statusnotification:
Info field: Unable to move lock motor.
OCPP 1.5: ConnectorLock Failure
OCPP 1.6/2.0.1: ConnectorLock Failure
Suggestions:
Error code 107 was used in older firmware until appr. version 4.4.0 in 2020.
It is replaced with Error code 211 since then.
Note that Error code 107, 211 and 404 are strongly related.
