This error code can be found on chargers using the below platform(s):
- AHP (Alfen Hardware Platform)
Error code 4xx | Error from outside (user, plug, cable, weather influences, etc.)
Normally these issues are not caused by the charger itself.

The charge point is experiencing technical issues. Please call for support or try again later.
Possible Cause:
Internal error which could refer to one of the following issue:
- Safety measures being triggered
- Vehicle communication failures
- Internal communication failures
Possible Solutions:
The error relating to communication are typically resolved by itself, but in case of a safety measure, then contact the service department of your charge point supplier.
- Check if device cables are connected correctly
- Check if device components are connected correctly or defect.
