With the introduction of firmware version 7.4, Eve Single S-line and Eve Single Pro-line charging stations with a socket now support permanent cable locking, enabling a more convenient and user-friendly charging experience. 

In case your charger is using an older firmware version, please update to version 7.4.4 or up. Please follow the update instruction for updating from outdated versions.

The feature can be configured using the ACE Service Installer;

• Click the ‘power settings’ tab in the menu on the top.

• Tick 'Advanced Settings'

• Click ‘Connector 1’ in the menu on the left

• In the ‘Connector type’ pulldown menu, select ‘Fixed cable’
  Note: Do not select any of the other options like 'Fixed cable type 1' or ‘Fixed cable type 2’
