Charging Station Detected but Inaccessible in ACE Service Installer (IP/Comm Error)
Issue
The customer can see the charging station in the ACE Service Installer list but can no longer log in. The error message indicates a communication error or IP error.
Solution
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
Restart the Charging Station
Power off the charging station for 30 seconds (disconnect the power).
Then power the charging station back on.
Check the Connection
Connect the UTP cable between the charging station and the laptop.
Restart the ACE Service Installer.
Check the Network Adapter
Still unable to log in?
Check the network adapter settings on the laptop.
Ensure the adapter used for the connection is in the same IP range as the charging station.
