The charger displays error 105, and the relays are continuously opening and closing, producing a clicking sound. The logs show messages indicating “Socket 1: input voltage while emergency relays off” and “Socket #1: protective earth warning.”

The issue may be related to faulty components causing the relays to malfunction and the protective earth warning to trigger.

Check the input voltage

  • Verify that the input voltage to the charger is stable and within the specified range.

  • Ensure there are no fluctuations or interruptions in the power supply.

 

 

Inspect the relays

  • Examine the relays for any signs of damage or wear.

  • Listen for unusual clicking sounds that may indicate a malfunction.

 

 

Verify protective earth connection

  • Ensure that the protective earth connection is secure and properly grounded.

  • Check for any loose or damaged wiring that may cause the protective earth warning.
