How to order an extra charge card
Overview
You might find yourself needing an additional charge card for your current charging station. For example, if you add another electric vehicle (EV) to your household that needs to use the same charging station. Additionally, if one EV is leased and the other is privately owned, you might want to differentiate between business-paid charging for the leased EV and private use of the charging station, which needs to be paid by you. This article outlines the steps to order an extra charging card from your charge point operator.
To order an extra charge card, follow these steps:
- Identify the Charge Point Operator: Determine who the charge point operator is for the charging station. if you need assistance with this, please provide us with the object number (ACE number) located at the bottom of the charger. This number begins with "ACExxxxxxx".
- Provide the Object Number: Once we have the ACE number, we can identify the charge point operator managing the charging station and inform you accordingly.
- Order the Charge Card: After identifying the charge point operator, you can proceed to order an additional charge card directly from them.
