How to order Alfen chargers, accessories and upgrades
 
 
Overview
The Alfen web shop can be used to order Alfen chargers, accessories and upgrades. Moreover, the web shop provides you with additional information on current and past orders as well as configurations of your charging stations. In this knowledge article we explain how to register for an account with the Alfen webshop and how to place orders. Please note that only corporate customers can request an account and order from the Alfen webshop.
 
 
Sign up for an account on the Alfen Webshop
If you are an existing Alfen customer and don't yet have a webshop account, follow the steps below to create one:
  1. Go to shop.alfen.com and click on Sign up now.
  2. Enter your email address and click on Send verification code.
  3. Once you receive the email with the verification code (this should only take a few moments), enter the code in the designated field and click on Verifiy Code.
  4. Next, set a new password for your account and enter your first and last name.
  5. Finally, click on Create.
  6. Your account has now been created. However, to gain access to the Webshop, it needs to be confirmed by your Alfen contact or by someone within your company who already has access to the Webshop environment and has account management rights.

 

Placing a new order on the Alfen Webshop

1. Accessing the Product Range

  • After logging in, select New order from the homepage.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
  • You will be presented with your Alfen product range, including charge points and accessories.​​​​​​​

2. Ordering Charge Points

  • Select the product category of the charger you wish to order.
  • You will see different product types and previously ordered configurations.
  • To reorder a previously configured charger, click on the shopping cart icon next to the configuration.
  • To create a new configuration, click New configuration and follow the steps.
3. Ordering Accessories/Components
  • Click on the specific accessory or component you wish to add to your cart.
  • Adjust the order quantity in the shopping cart

 

Finalizing your order

  • Shopping cart: Review and adjust order quantities and shipping details.
  • Shipping date: Select your desired shipping date, which will be confirmed in the order confirmation.
  • Order reference: Provide your PO number or reference for tracking.
  • Custom password: Assign a custom password to all charging stations in your order.
  • Shipping costs: Calculated based on order contents and delivery address.

 

Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with a reference number.
  • The final order confirmation will include pricing, shipping costs, and the expected shipping date.
