Normally these issues are not caused by the charger itself.

Error message on display:
Inside temperature low.
Charging will resume shortly.
Possible Cause:
Temperature inside the charge point below -40 degrees Celsius.
Possible solutions:
- Unexpected ambient temperature. Contact the service department of your charge point supplier.
- Expected: Ambient temperature.
