Overview
This page explains how to update the firmware of a charger using the ACE Service Installer.
 
How to update the firmware using the ACE Service Installer
 
  1. Start the ACE Service Installer, go to the General tab.

     
  2. Click the 'Upload Firmware' button
     
  3. Select the desired firmware version from the list
    In case you want to upload a locally saved firmware version that is not in the list, click the button and select the file from there.
     
  4. Click the 'Start Upload' button to start the update

     
  5. Once the update has completed, the charging station will restart. 
    Please be patient, even if the progress seemed to have stopped for some time.
