Alfen chargers using a display can support several languages.
Which languages are currently supported?
More and more languages have been added over time.
Older firmware versions may not support all listed languages as they have been added in a more recent version.

The language in the display can be changed locally via the ACE Service Installer or remotely via the back office.
Using the Alfen ACE Service Installer
- Select the charger in the menu on the left and logon to it
- On top of the screen click the ‘Interface’ icon
- In the first menu, click ‘Display’
- Now click ‘Display Language’ and select the language of your choice
- Click the ‘save’ button on the bottom of the screen
Via the backoffice
- In the configuration in the backoffice, locate the key ‘Language’
- Edit the current entry to the desired setting using the value for the 'OCPP configuration key value' that is stated between brackets in the list above.
- Save the new setting and send to the charger.
