How do I order additional feature licenses for a charging station?
This article describes how additional licenses can be ordered.
Chargers can be produced including specific unlocked licenses.
In case you want to unlock additional features after production, these can be purchased separately.
As manufacturer, Alfen is only working business to business.
This implicates that only registered chargepoint operator (CPO) can buy additional licenses.
An updated license code is needed for this.
License codes are generated per charging station and can be ordered via our webshop.

Locate the charger you want to order the additional license for under 'My charge points' and click on it.
On the next screen click the tab 'Upgrade' and the options are displayed
Click the required license and complete the order.
Unfortunately, it is not possible send license codes as a matter of urgency.
In case you are not a direct client or reseller of Alfen, we would like to advise you to contact your reseller or supplier.
They can order a license code for you.
