Can I make changes to an already placed order?

Unfortunately, it is not always possible to make changes to an existing order.
We would therefore like to ask you to check an order thoroughly before it is sent to Alfen!

Via the webshop
If it is possible for the order a change request can be made in the “order in process” tab in the Alfen Webshop.
Click open the order for which you would like to submit a change request.
Fill out the request of the change and send your request. We will reply to your request as soon as possible.
If you have any trouble finding the order or placing the request, please create a ticket via our service portal.
