How can I request an account for the Alfen Webshop?
This article describes how an account for the Alfen webshop can be requested.
What is the Alfen webshop
The Alfen webshop is intended for registered partners from Alfen.
Depending on the available options on your account, the webshop can be used for:

- Retreiving the default password for chargers registered under your account
- Purchase additional license keys to unlock additional features for your charger
- Order chargers
- Order spare parts for your charger
If you are not an existing partner at Alfen, please create a service account on support.alfen.com and transfer the management of chargepoint(s) to your account. |
How to create your webshop account as an existing customer
Using below instructions you will be able to request activation of your webshop-account.
- Go to the Alfen webshop
- Click on the orange button: 'Click here to log in'.
- Click on 'Sign up now' in the pop-up:
- Next, supply your email address and click on 'Send verification code'.
- Once you have received the email with the verification code (this should only take a few moments), please fill in the verification code in the designated field and click on 'Verify code'.
- Next, create a custom password, confirm it, fill in the rest of your account details in the corresponding fields and click on 'Create'.
- The pop-up closes and next screen appears:
As soon as we receive your email with the request for access to the Webshop, we can create your account and confirm this with a welcome email.
Your account has now been created but in order for it to have access to the Webshop it needs to be confirmed by your contact within Alfen.
Please note that you need to send an email to your contact within Alfen yourself. This is not done automatically.
