How to request information on the delivery
If your shipment has arrived damaged, incomplete, or you have received a wrong article, please create a case via our support portal.
Please provide us with a detailed description of what is incorrect and/or damaged. In case of damage, please add pictures of the damage.
If you have received a wrong article, please provide us with the article number of the wrongfully sent article.
